Maintenance contracts
Grounds and gardens on an annual programme
The year agreed in advance — what happens, when, and what it costs. Grounds kept to a presentation standard, hedges cut in season, leaves cleared before they mat down, planting fed and cut back at the right time. Visit frequency follows the season rather than the invoice, arisings go with us, and the same team comes back each time so nobody has to explain the place twice.
- Scheduled grounds and garden maintenance
- Hedges, shrubs and borders
- Grass cutting, edging and presentation
- Leaf clearance and seasonal work
- Planting and replanting schemes
02
Landscape construction
Decking, paving and hard landscaping
Hardwood decking, pergolas, paving, gravel, steps and sleeper edging. Substructure on ground screws and adjustable pedestals, joists taped, boards scribed to the door rather than stopped short of it. The parts nobody sees are the parts that decide how long it lasts.
- Hardwood and softwood decking
- Pergolas and timber structures
- Paving, gravel and hard surfaces
- Steps, edging and level changes
- Strip-out and rebuild of failed work
03
Groundworks and drainage
Levels, drainage and what sits under the surface
Where the ground itself is the problem. Drainage, ditching and levels, with operators who hold the tickets for the machines they are on. Most of what goes wrong with a garden later starts below it, which is why this is the part worth getting right before anything is built on top.
- Land and garden drainage
- Ditching and water management
- Excavation, levels and site clearance
- Sub-bases and preparation
- Access, tracks and hard standing
