From the first call to the first day on the ground.

We come and survey
Someone stands on the actual ground and walks it with you. No quoting off photographs, no obligation. Where grounds are already in someone else's care, this is also where we find out what has been left undone.

You get it in writing
What the work covers and what it does not, in a schedule you can read line by line. For maintenance that means the year set out season by season; for construction and groundworks it means the specification, including what sits under the surface.

A price and a programme
What it costs, when we can start, and how long we will be on the ground. One price against one written scope, so there is something to hold us to rather than a figure on its own.

We turn up and do it
The same team, working to what was agreed. If the ground turns up something nobody could have seen from the surface, you hear about it before we work around it rather than after.
